David Bosted has not resided at 1428 Riverside Drive in over 10 years. His house is a health and safety hazard, with a falling down porch, rotted wood siding/roofing and is filled with junk.

Yes I agree with you 100%.there are a lot of properties around here like that as a matter of fact I have one next door to me.its sad because I work so hard to keep my home decent then I go outside to have some relaxation with my family and see nothing but tons of trash.when's the city going to get off their behinds and start giving these folks fines and I guarantee we wouldn't see this problem so frequently.

He is on the Trenton Zoning Board but lives at 19 MeadowBrook in Lawrenceville NJ.. NO ONE will do anything about it either!!!! so why don't someone fix that one too!!!!! He uses Riverside just to have the Trenton address but has not lived there for years!!! He only recieves mail there..

I would think he commit a crime not living in Trenton but using the address so he can meet the requirements to work his Trenton job, THAT REQUIRES RESIDENCEY! People no one cares!

David Bosteds house on Riverside Drive on the Island is a blighted mess. Tons of code violations and it has been vacant and ignored. Great neighbor!! And how cam he be on the planning board? Do we need a scofflaw like this deciding what REAL Trentonians can or can't do? What a hypocrite.
