Yes I agree with you 100%.there are a lot of properties around here like that as a matter of fact I have one next door to me.its sad because I work so hard to keep my home decent then I go outside to have some relaxation with my family and see nothing but tons of trash.when's the city going to get off their behinds and start giving these folks fines and I guarantee we wouldn't see this problem so frequently.
