Agreed, but this seems to be a regular problem along this stretch of 16th (south to bainbridge). I would venture to say that the houses on Kater are home owners and tend to keep their section clean. However along this stretch of 16th seems to be condos with renters. Trash is regularly put outside early/late (sits out all week) and often in open paper bags instead of trash cans or sealed trash bags. It's extremely frustrating because when this happen it often blows down the street in any direction.

Renters and homeowners should be responsible for their section of the street and should be accountable when trash is not put out at designated times. The snow through things off, but trash still should not have stayed outside for a week.
