  Thank-you for sending in your request. Both S 224 St and 88 Ave S are considered arterial roadways that do not qualify for the residential traffic calming program which could install traffic calming devices like speed bumps. I will forward your request to the Police for additional enforcement as they have availability. I will also evaluate whether the location could be a site for radar speed signs or other ideas. Would you be interested in having the Police setup their radar speed trailer for a week or 2 with the "Your speed Is" sign?

  A radar trailer would be a good start, thank you. Perhaps a sign on the R-hand side of S 224th Street at the top of the overpass that says "Warning: right turning traffic ahead" and a sign on the R-hand side of 88th Ave S that indicates an intersection ahead? Maybe a blinking yellow or a full traffic light?? You can still see the burned rubber donuts at that intersection so definitely more police presence is needed. Thanks
