Description
I am a new resident of SUNRIDGE TOWNHOMES, a new condo development at the intersection of 88th Ave South & South 224th Street. Please consider putting in speed bumps or some kind of traffic control on South 224th Street, especially at the bottom of the hill before it intersects w/88th Ave S on the left. Drivers coming down the hill on South 224th Street from our LEFT are going way too fast & I am worried about rear-end collisions w/those residents signaling to turn RIGHT into Sunridge. Also, cars traveling from our RIGHT are traveling way too fast & it is a blind curve, so residents of Sunridge that are attempting to go across the intersection or turn LEFT, can't really see cars until they are right on top of us! There are also small school children walking on the sidewalk so I am worried about injury & worse! Additionally, especially on the weekends late at night, there is car racing coming from around the corner on our RIGHT & then cars doing donuts right in front of our development. Please advise what can be done to alleviate this? Sunridge has about 60 units occupied now, but when construction is complete, there will be over 120 (w/an avg occupancy if 2/unit). Thanks
