Description

Every week the garbage cans are left in the front and receive violation notices. The tenants place regular garbage in the recycle receptacles and the trash companies refuse to pick it up. California Pacific Realtors, the property mgrs after the passing of one of the owners, of it and the properties on both sides of the address have been notified for years but have done nothing.
