I was out in the yard when you went by AND Yes you were speeding, all we ask is that you slow down is that so difficult?

OR Why don't you go a little less than the speed limit and be courteous to the parents like me on the street that have kids and worry about their safety. It's pretty easy for everyone to get along when your concern is about the people around you not just yourself.

CPD, looks like they admit being guilty of parking in front of a fire hydrant. Tickets should be on their way.

As long as your vehicle is not within 10’ of the fire hydrant, you will not get a parking violation.

And for the record..... This first report of speeding and issues with this property (105 Lachine) was 11/26/2018, In a matter of time this will be a "problem property" that's been in progress for 3 years.
The city has what's known as a "problem property list" that only select, lucky Individuals end up on if requested by the neighboring residents.

Keep that in mind.
