The "Stop For Pedestrians IN Crosswalk" sign in the middle of Connecticut Ave at the Legation intersection was hit by a car months ago. It sat, knocked over in the raod for quite some time and now it is gone. A replacement sign has yet to appear. This is a major intersection for this neighborhood with many children, elderly, and people with special needs in the area. Please replace asap - the majority of the drivers on Connecticut do not yield to those in the crosswalk.
