Once again the message is loud and clear- ENFORCE THE PARKING BANS

It will not get much better until they start enforcing parking bans. Getting a ticket and being towed will definitely send a message.
Maybe it is going to take a serious accident before anything is done.

Will parking bans be enforced when street cleaning is done?

What I've noticed is that when street cleaning is done for the day, the workers come around and take the no parking signs down, and then the parking ban is over for that day.
