On Feb 21 cars were towed from the odd side of street for being in violation of parking ban. At 106 am on Feb 22 a NHPW plow came down the street and did not remove the snow from the odd side. So cars were ticketed and towed and those of us that did follow the parking ban are still left in the situation of street with snow and no where to park.
