Sharraxaadda

There is a school bus parked in front of the art gallery. It is idling with its hazzards on (which apparently makes this ok) and has been there for about an hour. It is partially in the right hand travel lane which means drivers can't get around. It is parked in front of the fire hydrant and all the meters are bagged "no parking" today. Please ticket! This is an all to common occurrence here. Field trips are an awesome way for kids to learn about stuff, but the school buses can't just sit there while the kids are inside. There are plenty of parking lots within a mile that they could wait in.
