Resident who lives at 5563 Matthews St parks his two cars in the crosswalk at the corner of Matthews St & Woodlawn Ave. cars have a difficult time making a right turn due to his cars parking in the crosswalk. We have a handicap person in the block who is unable to cross the street in her wheelchair because he parks in the crosswalk. When it snows he puts a trash can there in the crosswalk to save the spot olive go through the street constantly, they will ticket the person who is parked by the fire hydrant but not someone who parks in a crosswalk at the stop sign. You would think this person would know better being that there is a fire rescue sticker on the back of his car.
