Description
(1) south side of F St NW 10 feet east of 15th street, parking sign pole is sidewalk is tilted and falling down; needs to be reinstalled; (2) the no parking loading zone sign and sign pole with right facing arrow is missing farther down the block - only the left facing arrow near corner is there - unclear where the missing sign needs to be installed - confusing for cars parking here

Further Action-DDOT's standard is to investigate and respond to sign requests within the timeframes as indicated. Call the Mayor's Call Center at 311 if the problem hasn't been resolved by the specified time of completion. Reference your SR # 1305153
