Just an update - Dangerous and bumpy ice up to 4 inches thick was covering the entire street as late at 02/23-02/24. This issue was never addressed. There is still ice on the street, and although much of it has finally started to melt, there are still spots that are treacherous both on the road and on the sidewalk.

We are closing snow issues and directing our attention to "street sweeping". We will review all snow issues in order to improve next year's snow removal planning and response. Thanks for your feedback and patience. To read about "street sweeping" please follow this link:
