Hegenberger between International and the Coliseum BART station is an embarrassment to the city of Oakland. In addition to the dilapidated fences, there is tons of trash dumped along the sides of the road on both sides. There is also a bunch of trash dumped on Hawley Street at 75th, near the BART parking lot entrance as you approach the Hegenberger on-ramp. For civic pride and safety the areas around BART stations should be kept clean. Thank you.
