I agree. New Haven needs to get with it. Whitney Ave. is a MAJOR road and it isn't even plowed properly -- ever. This is the 4th major snow storm I have witnessed here, and as soon as you cross into Hamden it is like it never happened there. In many spots it is simply one lane of traffic in New Haven on Whitney. Pathetic.

I'm not sure, but I think the state is responsible for taking care of Whitney Av.e
