  You are so right! Bad for the environment, bad for community pride, and bad for a neighborhood's quality of life. I hope we can encourage homeowners and renters to take care of their homes, and it would be nice if the City could be more active in education and enforcement.

  There is still a car carcass in front of this deteriorating property, to the left of the driveway. Also parked in the driveway is a flatbed trailer with no license plate. I notice the first report of the car body was made over 3 months ago and that the occupants have done nothing. What has happened since the letter and the reinspection? The apparent lack of action is getting a little frustrating.

  City has sent two notices and recorded a lien on the title of the property for noncompliance. Will be issuing citations so long as violations exist.

  Update on 6/27/21: Red car body still there, now joined by a pickup canopy to side of driveway. Flatbed trailer still in driveway. And now there's an orange digger in the front yard! Please, please, please: Can the city take some action here? The condition of this property is getting worse and worse.
