Today in the afternoon a representative of the health dept showed up and spoke to the owner of the dogs, however, I don't know what happened. I know this because he rang my bell by accident and i directed him to the right apartment. Can you please provide an update. Thanks.

On 2/19/2014 2:35pm,I spoke to the dog owner regarding the dogs' barking. A copy of the barking dog law was issued. A court summons was also issued to the dog owner for the harboring of 2 unlicensed dogs. (The Health Department does not have the resources to sit at this address for 24 hrs). Therefore, should the barking continue, the complainant has the option of: 1. Filing his own complaint at the Municipal Court or, 2. the Health Department can issue a summons, based upon the complaint, (date, time, duration of the nuisance) and have the complainant give his testimony in Court. I feel for ya, but dont blame the dogs. Blame the owners for not training the dogs correctly.
