The sidewalks around Jersey City Uneashed's property, especially the Marin Blvd side are thick with inches of bumpy, cracking, increasingly slippery ice. They have made a minimal effort all winter to keep the sidewalks shoveled, and never salt either. The 15th street side of the property is also dangerous. They need to keep in mind that just because their clients drive there into a driveway/front lot doesn't mean there aren't pedestrians around their property.
