None of the new signs added in November got paint. The HCA was quite upset by this and we made it known. Come warmer weather the HCA will do a comprehensive audit of all intersections and submit that to Osborne. I encourage all associations to do the same.

I've been told by Osborne's office that May is the earliest we can expect to see paint. Anybody have chalk?
