Once again, no effort is made to clear the sidewalk on either the Madison or Lark Street sides of this property. The property has been posted after every snowfall and it does no good. The property owners pay no mind to the notices and leave the sidewalks a mess. Some people have to walk in the street to avoid the mess. This is a very heavily used corner and there is NO EXCUSE for its condition each timr it snows and NO EXCUSE for multiple postings by the city to be disregarded.
