Why is it so many people don't clean there sidewalks. I walk for exercise and have to walk in the street due to the sidewalks not being done. Why is the town not fining these people. It is easy money for them. You can tell just look at all the houses for sale and 9 out of 10 are not done. Come on Pottstown-you need the money-here ya go-get out there and fine them.
