please address the garage at 100 Hoyt Street the owner is Carlos Chuna I have tried to contact him Via e-mail through Facebook with no response. His shingles and now his gutter have fallen off causing water to run into my backyard which is located at 53 Tappan Street . My concern is that my basement has a tendency to flood and the run off from his property will surely effect me in a bad way causing additional flooding. Mr.Chuna is a friend of the family I have tried to reach him myself with no luck can you please contact him and get this issue cleared up as soon as possible thank you for your time in this matter.
