Please be aware that the signals are still regulating traffic, however are in flash mode as a result of a vehicular crash that occurred Saturday evening. They are still flashing which means as a pedestrian its literally guess work when to cross. With cars honking at each other yesterday there is nothing controlled about the entire intersection. Especially with busses going through.
