When is someone going to clean up 15 Highland Ave. or knock it down? This yard is strewn with garbage, steel wheels, abandoned vehicles and just all together needs to be cleaned up or demoed. We have enough blight in this city, lets start with the worst offenders and maybe the others will follow and clean up their acts.
