Raised pavement and potholes at end of driveway at 146 Cedar Lane and other areas of Cedar lane. The surface has been filled many fimes but potholes reapear.
I think some areas need to be dug up. When road was resurfaced years ago unstable areas were just paved over.
The side of road where open trenches to collect water run-off from adjacent properties and storm water.
I have lived on Cedar Lane for 27 years and these are the worst conditions ever.
Take a ride down Cedar Lane and experience the road conditions for yourself
Thanks for your consideration and cooperation

Coming from rt.183 onto cedar lane, cedar has many potholes, and bumps in the road, all the way down until septic company. Another major problem is a bulge when taking a left onto Colin drive, it makes it difficult to turn, feels like a speed bump, and the plow from the plow truck always slams into it.

REPOST DUE TO LACK OF ACTION:
Eastbound merge in front of Target is dangerous during the morning commute. People speed past you on the right, cut you off... It's dangerous.
Police need to watch this rather than sit in St. Paul's Church parking lot.
142 Cedar Lane Torrington, Connecticut
For 30+ years Cedar Lane has been in need of resurfacing.
The Torrington Highway Department has done a good job trying to maintain the road, BUT the road needs to be dug up and replaced. The road has no foundation/structure. It is a patchwork
of paving, and oil and sand maintenance. The road is a HAZARD to people, cars, property. It needs to be fixed before
someone has a catastrophic accident.

Sageway is normally a quiet family neighborhood road however for months now the owner of a Shepard dog has allowed the dog to bark every day around 6:40AM, 3:30PM and off and on between 5:30-9:30PM. This is becoming a big issue which needs attention by animal control. There must be an ordinance concerning nuisance dog barking in Torrington. Please advise.
