Description
This masterpiece of traffic design includes a protected left turn cycle for N/B vehicles on 14th St onto Park Rd. W/B, yet DDOT removed the arrow at the front of the intersection. During almost every cycle, left-turning vehicles continue to wait in the intersection until being honked at by vehicles behind them that can see the arrow at the NE corner of the intersection,
