Description

Can we have lines painted in the spots in front of 53 and 57 Devon Terrace? This car has been parked in the same spot for at least a week. Takes up two spaces all day, then moves it when someone in j his home comes home, moves it up and lets them park. Next morning, moves this car back and takes up the two spaces again. Repeat, repeat, repeat. Same with a different neighbor, in front of 57 Devon Terrace. Other people live on this block, too.
