Good question. I would go so far as to ask if ANYONE in this City has been fined for failure to clear their sidewalks?

There are numerous statutes on the books that are not being enforced, all of which would significantly improve the quality of life in New Haven. Enforce the laws so that the rest of us aren't made to suffer.

It is just good business practice to send someone out to shovel as quickly as possible. It is a liability.
