Description

This culdesac on 73rd is being overrun by homeless and others who loiter here day after day. They are loud, park in no parking spaces and leave their garbage all over the place. The neighbors feel as if they are held hostage. Why isn't the city enforcing the new ordinance that states that homeless encampments can't be within 50 ft. Of residential areas?
