There is significant flooding in the street area outside 19 Oakland Terrace. It is preventing the homeowners from being able to get safely into their driveway. It is flooding combined with ice that is at least 4-5 inches thick.

This is why when the street was repaved, I suggested to the surveyors and a person who said they were a contractor we needed better drainage on that side of the street as the flooding near the entrance of the street is a common problem.
