Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. An Officer for this area will make contact with the occupants and inform them that garbage containers can be put out 24 hours before garbage pick-up and must be put away 12 hours after pick-up. We will also notify the occupants that if garbage collection is missed or there is a need for additional items to be picked up, to call the City of College Station Sanitation Department at 979.764.3690 to arrange for an additional collection.

There were no violations found at this time.

The Code Officer looked into this issue and no cans were out at the time the officer went to the home. The case will be closed. However, it is happens again, please let us know.
