Ultimately it is the property owners responsibility to maintain the sidewalk and crosswalk around their property. We will send a Supervisor out to evaluate the area in question.

Sorry, but in Albany even if you shovel the crosswalk next to your property the plows just come and push the snow back into it anyway. Further, can you please post where in city rules it's the property owner's responsibility to clear crosswalks? I though the property ended at the curb? That looks like it's in the road from their picture.
