    Something is needed to better signal to westbound traffic on McCarty that there is a traffic light. On 3 occasions, I've been waiting at the light coming south from Delaware, light turned green, I advanced into intersection, and a car came speeding through westbound as if there was no light, narrowly avoiding a collision. Recommend extra signage to alert cars to upcoming signal (traffic light can be hard to see depending on angle of sun and foliage) and consideration of red light camera.

    Grass in Lincoln Park is extremely overgrown. Limits use of park, creates tick hazard and safety hazard as trash can collect in tall grass (over 2 feet in some places). Hope there is a plan for consistent summer maintenance.
