please PLEASE clear the stolen pile of bikes (in the hundreds) off of the middle of the sidewalk. There is also tons of trash and debris. It is a hazard to drivers who cannot see over the pile while turning. It is a hazard to disabled people who cannot use the sidewalk. It is a hazard to anyone who has to walk into the busy street to avoid the bike pile and risk getting hit. Please work with OPD to clear this ASAP. It is a major hazard
