Solid Waste folks could use a class or two on customer service skills. I can't tell you how many times I have come home only to find they have left my trash and/or recycle bin right in the middle of the driveway so I can't pull in until I move them. (sigh) customer service ain't what it used to be.....
I wash my trash cans several times in the warm months to keep them less smelly, and on really hot days, i put bottles of frozen water out for the trash/yard waste crews. they don't put my cans in the driveway.
