large unmarked bus housing musicians that are performing in town parks on Race St. all night. The bus has curtains across the front windshield. The engines run all night. It is cheaper than getting a hotel room! I observed it at 6;30 AM 10/24
It happens frequently when the group has a two day gig. weekends are more likely. I have observed this several times in the past 3 months. They may be performing at the Troc. idling, a

If a vehicle is observed to be running its engine while stationary refer caller to Air Management Services at 215-685-7580 if the vehicle is a bus, large commerical truck or construction equipment.
All other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), refer the caller to the Police Department or Parking Authority.

For clarification, is it always the same bus? Is it sometimes more than one?
In addition to working with Air Management Services, we may be able to help with getting anti-idling signage for the block, but that would be easiest to do with a property owner's permission. Is Temple University in the building on the south side of the street in that block?
