Deskripsyon

I posted earlier about the unacceptable plowing that occurred on our street. Another plow came by just a short time ago and, once again, did a horrible job. I noticed that both plows were not City of New Haven but subcontractors. This is completely unacceptable. The picture below is what the plow left in front of the house of a 75 year old woman. That pile of snow is about 2 feet high.
