Hello I live at 795 Hammond Drive (Park Towers). Recently, over the last 2-3 months, the trash pick up at the Holiday Inn Express (765 Hammond Drive) has been occurring earlier and earlier. At first it was 6am, then 5am. Now the trash pick is at 3am! It is incredibly loud and that is the middle of the night. I have time stamped photos to show this. I live up several floors and this noise wakes me from a dead sleep. It is undoubtedly waking all others in the residential buildings that face the hotel as well as the hotel guests at both the Holiday Inn and the Hampton next door. I have asked the GM at the Holiday Inn to request that they not come before 7am. He said he has called twice, however they came again at 3am on Sunday evening. The pick up company is Advanced Disposal. I'm under the impression based on the municipal code that pick up must happen between 7am and 7pm unless it's dangerous to do so, which it is not. What can be done about this? I would sincerely appreciate the city's attention to this matter. Thank you!!!
