Is this an April Fools joke??? Street cleaning from 7am-3pm on 4/1 on BOTH sides of the street. As well as on both sides of every street on Lyon, Grand, Chestnut, etc.

Where does the city expect residents who park their car on the street to move their cars to all Friday?
