This is only one house among many that never cleans the snow off their sidewalk. If you're going to pass laws, then you should enforce them ...... and not just selectively. I do my part and if others did theirs, maybe I wouldn't have to be on the lookout for people walking in the streets because the sidewalks were not cleared like they should have been.
