Description
There are now a total of 4 abandoned cars, the one with all the trash on it has been there for 6 months and someone is living in it. The other three have been put there in the past couple months and also appear to have people living in them. This block did not have abandoned cars with trash on them and people living in them earlier this year when I moved here.

The abandoned vehicle problem as been completely out of control for years. There is between 1000 and 1300 abandoned vehicles reported on SCF in Oakland every 30 days. In 2015 there were more that 20,000 reports and it has only gotten worse. A new trend is the when these wrecked do finally get towed the tow companies are just dumping them in different neighborhood.
