I am the owner of the home (landlord, as it is currently a rental). It should be noted that the pile left in the road, at that time, was cleared only from the driveway and near the downed power lines that this home (and the neighbors) suffered at this time. I'm not this only because while the pile was large and certainly intrusive, I was simply clearing the debris needed for the tenant to successfully park in the driveway AND allow BWL access to the damaged power line.

Obviously, this issue can be closed now, as the debris has been taken away. I simply want it noted that this was NOT due to neglect on the part of me or my tenant. If the delay was frustrating (I imagine it was), I put that responsibility on Lansing and BWL for not clearing fallen debris sooner than later.
