I'll try calling that number. I'm really at a loss as what to do about this. There seems to be no way to contact the Frontier phone company service unless you have an account number (as an Xfinity customer I don't have a Frontier account). I called Frontier sales and said that I would consider switching from Xfinity to Frontier if they would connect me to the service department. They hung up on me. I also emailed the city public works department and got no response or acknowledgement. I don't think these organizations are incompetent or uncaring; it's just that the lines of communication are locked down and it's very difficult to get their attention.

You may try Frontier again, I had a similar problem and they were helpful, you may have just gotten the wrong person. I also am not a Frontier customer. You also can contact alder Rosa Santana,
