The address is 20 Warwick Street and the toters are never moved from the curb.

As of this morning they were still sitting at the curb.

If LCI would be more proactive, start doing inspection, and issuing tickets these problems would stop. The city would also make money from the fines. Can someone from the city comment here about about this? Many people in this area are guilty of this.

Will someone from the city please comment about the problem we are having? I nave noticed that on Eldridge Street almost no one takes in their cans, they leave them out all week. This really cheapens the neighborhood.
