Description
This city has an ordinance about neat and proper tarps on cars that includes making sure the tag number is visible or written on the tarp. The tarp may not be torn. This car and this tarp have been sitting at this location for about 20 years. Perhaps it's time someone did something about it. It is an awful eyesore.
