Description
My neighbor has set up the RV to live in permanently with semi-permanent electricity wired and a concrete pad housing for the AC unit. I'm not even mad about this, but I don't think they are disposing of the toilet waste appropriately. There is a terrible odor that comes and goes. I suspect they are emptying the waste right into the yard. This RV has been here 2+ years, lived in.
I have submitted this to Codes Compliance previously and an investigator was assigned. I followed up but I don't think the investigator came out. He suggested I could also submit this as a "Public Health Concern" but I am not finding a way to do that. Is this a route I should take?
I submitted this to Code Compliance - environmental concern, and my report was closed and instructed to submit via Codes Compliance.
Can you please investigate or point me in the right direction of the department that can help me? I am very frustrated by this as we can't use our backyard because it smells like human waste.
