Description

I am a business owner at the corner of Elm and Orange and today marked the second day within the last month when a pedestrian was struck by a car. This intersection, one of New Haven's busiest, does not have a pedestrian signal. It needs one--Period. It is absurd that people have to play Frogger in an effort to cross the street.
