Streets near Anna Blakston Day Public Elementary School, Crittenden and Johnson Streets Philadelphia, PA 19138 need to be plowed. Plow truck just came through and only plowed for about 10 minutes through the school and entire area. During last storm plowing was not done thoroughly and it was extremely dangerous as car were sliding down the street as children were trying to cross. We need a thorough plowing completed today 22JAN2013. Plow truck came into the school's parking lot and school yard at about 7:15AM and left before 7:30AM. This is extremely unacceptable, especially at an elementary school where children will be dangerously impacted by this.
