Opis
The Parking Authority parking lot at the corner of Court and Olive is extremely dark and not well maintained. I park to pay there and am scared to exit my car at night because it is pitch black. I am confused about who oversees management and maintenance of this lot. More lights need to be added on this corner and in this lot. Many incidents have happened at this corner and the dark lot doesn't help. Please add lights, fix lights already there, and increase wattage.

Light the night is a program that UI uses to light dark spots on private property.
A private business owner would pay between 30 and 50/month to have a light mounted on their property. In this case it would be the parking authority.
They have done this at all of the lots along State Street and it has worked really well.
It seems that low level street lighting extended from Olive to State here would make a lot of sense an make for a really nice gateway for the neighborhood.
Maybe Wooster Square could push for this along with Upper State who is looking for the same.
